Zudek is a company based in Trieste, Italy, that designs, engineers and manufactures energy-efficient industrial refrigeration solutions using only natural refrigerants, in most cases ammonia.
The products come as compact, plug and play, low charge units, very easy to transport, install and start up. Its range of products comprises of:
– Water/ammonia absorption chillers, where heat is recovered to produce precious subzero cooling power down to temperatures of -60 °C;
– Ammonia air-cooled and water-cooled chillers working with vapour compression refrigeration cycles;
– Ammonia heat pumps that can reach temperatures of +90 °C, promoting industrial electrification and decarbonisation policies;
– Ammonia abatement systems (scrubbers) that can be integrated on the units or remotely installed next to an existing refrigeration plant;
– Electrical control panels, pressure vessels, metal carpentry, connection lines, pumping skids, etc. Zudek solutions are suitable for industrial, civil and commercial applications, having its main references in the food and beverage industry, but also in HVAC applications, and other industries such as plastics, pharmaceutical, chemical and deep freezing ones.
All Zudek’s units are remotely managed 24/7 from Zudek’s remote control room, which allows to constantly optimise the operational parameters of the unit, to guarantee the highest energy efficiency and energy savings. Zudek’s solutions are available according to PED or ASME codes. The company is certified ISO9001:2000 by the SGS institute.
