ATMOsphere Europe took place on September 28-29

The 11th edition of the ATMOsphere Europe conference attracted more than 300 attendees, sharing presentations around the latest knowledge on the impact of refrigerants, developments in f-gas regulations, and more.

Brussels, Belgium (October 29, 2021) The 2021 edition of the ATMOsphere Europe Summit was hailed a resounding success by organizers, boasting more than 330 online attendees, 49 speakers, 22 sponsors, and a total of 1,900+ live session views. The conference took place online on September 28-29.

“It’s always a pleasure sharing our innovations with your team and your audience, and we are so glad that this ATMO Europe has been one of the best conferences yet, despite not being a live event,” said Luca Rossi, Project Manager at Italian OEM Biagginig Frigoriferi, and HVAC & Heat Pumps session presenter.

ATMOsphere Europe featured a full two-day program, including an end user panel and case studies from manufacturers sharing their positive experiences with the latest and most innovative natural refrigerant installations.

The conference also drew praise for its sessions on the revision of the EU F-Gas regulation; and a session on the latest knowledge about the health, safety and climate impacts of refrigerants – particularly the mounting concern about the effects of TFA, which is created in the atmosphere by the breakdown of certain HFOs.

The event featured virtual sponsor booths, where attendees could meet and network with manufacturers and other HVAC&R stakeholders. German OEM TEKO was Platinum sponsor of the event — with Epta, Arneg, Emerson and Castel joining as gold partners. View the full list of event sponsors here.

“Thanks for the very interesting event you organized with ATMO team, it’s been extremely useful,” said Carlo Pipia, Strategic Marketing Director at Castel.

The ATMOsphere conferences are organized by ATMOsphere (formerly shecco).
